What This Session Is
he Relational Insight Session is a 60-minute coaching session for one person, focused on your patterns, reactions and experiences in relationships.
Instead of analyzing the other person, we look at what happens within you when you relate to others. This makes it possible to understand your triggers, responses and recurring dynamics more clearly.
When to Book This Session
This session is a good fit if you:
- notice the same patterns in different relationships
- feel triggered, misunderstood or reactive
- struggle with boundaries or communication
- want clarity about a specific relationship
You do not need the other person to be present to gain insight into the dynamic.
How the Session Works
We start with a situation or relationship that feels relevant.

No. This is not therapy and does not replace professional mental health care. This is a coaching session focused on clarity, communication and understanding. We look at what is happening between you and any relation/connection help make patterns visible.
Is this spiritual coaching?
Not in the traditional sense.
The session is grounded and focused on direct experience. We work with what is actually happening in the moment, rather than belief systems or concepts.
Do I need to prepare something?
No preparation is required.
You can bring a topic, situation or tension that feels relevant. From there, we work with what shows up during the session.
Do I need to believe in sacred geometry?
No. Sacred Signs and Geometry are used as a reflective or attunement tool but the process works through direct experience and sensing your own body rather than belief.
Will coaching be done online?
Yes. Sessions will be done online via videochat. You can plan your own session in advance and you’ll receive a link to opensource platform jitsi. This works in the browser or via the jitsi app on your apple or android device.
