These terms apply to every order you place on sacredsigns.earth and to every product, sign, course and session we offer. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund and Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, Fair use & Sharing and Disclaimer.

1. Who we are

Sacred Signs is run by Ayana and Astaran and is a trade name of Eigenzennig.

2. What we offer

• Physical products such as the Oracle Deck, frequency tools, prints and calendars.
• Clothing and some prints that are printed on demand by our production partner once you order.
• Digital products such as Universal Signs and wallpapers, offered on a minimum donation basis.
• Personal and business signs, made especially for you or your business.
• Sessions and coaching, online or in person.
• Academy courses with online access.
• Circle Funding: products we only produce once enough people have joined.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where VAT applies. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. You pay through our payment provider Stripe, for example with iDEAL, card, Klarna or SEPA Direct Debit. We do not store your card details.

For donation-based products you choose the amount yourself, starting from the minimum shown on the product page.

4. Your order

Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. You then receive an order confirmation by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after all, we let you know and refund what you paid.

5. Delivery

• Physical products are usually shipped within a few working days. Print-on-demand items take longer because they are made for you after you order.
• Digital products are available for download straight after payment.
• Personal and business signs are delivered digitally. We let you know the expected delivery time when you order.
• Circle Funding products are produced once the circle is complete and shipped after that.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package has been delivered to you.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase of a physical product within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Let us know first through info@sacredsigns.earth. We then send you the return details. Return shipping costs are for you, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, but may wait until we have received the product back.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• personal and business signs and other products made to your specifications;
• digital content that is made available to you immediately after payment, because you agree at checkout that delivery starts straight away;
• sessions that have already taken place.

7. Circle Funding

When you join a circle, you pay in advance. If the circle is not complete by the date shown on the product page, you can choose to keep your place while the circle stays open longer, or get a full refund.

8. Sessions and courses

You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 2 hours before the start without cost. Course access is personal and may not be shared with others.

Our signs, sessions and courses support personal reflection and growth. They do not replace medical, psychological or other professional care. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

9. Intellectual property

All signs, images, texts and courses remain the property of Sacred Signs. You may use them for personal use as described in our Fair use & Sharing guidelines. Any professional or commercial use needs our written permission first.

10. Complaints and warranty

Something not right? Please contact us within a reasonable time after you discover it, and we will always look for a fair solution together. Your statutory warranty rights under Dutch and EU law always apply.

11. Liability

We do our best to describe our products accurately. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data with care. Read how in our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you placed it.
