Thank you for choosing Sacred Signs, operated by Ayana & Astaran. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations for physical products, digital products, and services.

1. Physical Products

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer law.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Please contact us first before returning any product so we can provide the return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please send us photo proof. You may then choose between a replacement or a full refund.

2. Digital Products (Donation-Based)

  • Digital downloads and donation-based items (such as Universal Signs or wallpapers) are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately after contribution.

  • All donations are considered voluntary gifts and final.

  • If you experience a technical issue with your download or file access, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

  • In rare cases where a refund is issued, access to the digital product will be revoked.

3. Services & Sessions

  • You can cancel your session up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any fee.

  • If you cannot attend, we are happy to reschedule instead of issuing a refund.

  • If you are not satisfied with a session, please contact us directly. We will always look for a fair and supportive solution.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • By default, refunds are sent to the original payment method. If you prefer, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
