Thank you for choosing Sacred Signs, operated by Ayana & Astaran. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations for physical products, digital products, and services.
1. Physical Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer law.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Please contact us first before returning any product so we can provide the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please send us photo proof. You may then choose between a replacement or a full refund.
2. Digital Products (Donation-Based)
Digital downloads and donation-based items (such as Universal Signs or wallpapers) are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately after contribution.
All donations are considered voluntary gifts and final.
If you experience a technical issue with your download or file access, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
In rare cases where a refund is issued, access to the digital product will be revoked.
3. Services & Sessions
You can cancel your session up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any fee.
If you cannot attend, we are happy to reschedule instead of issuing a refund.
If you are not satisfied with a session, please contact us directly. We will always look for a fair and supportive solution.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
By default, refunds are sent to the original payment method. If you prefer, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
