When something feels stuck, it is often not because something is wrong, but because something is not being seen clearly.
In these sessions, we work directly with what is present so you can understand your patterns, feel what is happening and move forward without forcing change.
How It Works
Each session starts with what is most present for you.
From there we:
- recognize patterns in thoughts, emotions or behavior
- feel where tension or resistance is held
- allow movement where things feel stuck
- clarify what direction makes sense now
Sometimes Sacred Signs or geometry are used as a tool, but your experience is always leading.

The Approach
This work is based on direct awareness rather than analysis.

Sacred geometry may be used as a reflective tool, but no belief or prior experience is needed.
