The Relational Alignment Session is a 60-minute coaching session for two people who want to understand what is happening in their dynamic.
Instead of focusing on who is right or wrong, we look at the interaction between you. This creates space to see patterns, reactions and miscommunication more clearly.

Is this relationship therapy?
No. This is not therapy and does not replace professional mental health care. This is a coaching session focused on clarity, communication and understanding. We look at what is happening between you and help make patterns visible.
Is this spiritual coaching?
Not in the traditional sense.
The session is grounded and focused on direct experience. We work with what is actually happening in the moment, rather than belief systems or concepts.
Do we both need to prepare something?
No preparation is required.
You can bring a topic, situation or tension that feels relevant. From there, we work with what shows up during the session.
Do I need to believe in sacred geometry?
No. Sacred Signs and Geometry are used as a reflective or attunement tool but the process works through direct experience and sensing your own body rather than belief.
Will coaching be done online?
Yes. Sessions will be done online via videochat. You can plan your own session in advance and you’ll receive a link to opensource platform jitsi. This works in the browser or via the jitsi app on your apple or android device.
