Physical Products

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be undamaged to qualify for a return.
• Always contact us first before returning a product.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photo proof, and you can choose between a replacement or a refund.

Digital Products (Donations-Based)

• Digital products are offered on a donation basis, and all donations are final.
• If you experience any issues with a digital product, please reach out, we’re happy to help.
• If a refund is issued under special circumstances, access to the digital product will be revoked.

Services

• If you want to cancel your session, you can do so up until 2 hours before the session.
• If you cannot attend a scheduled session, we will arrange a reschedule instead of a refund.
• If you are unsatisfied with a session, we will work with you to find a fitting solution.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
• By default, refunds are issued to the original payment method, but store credit is also an option upon request.
