There are times I feel like I’m barely keeping my head above water. My body struggles, my sensitivity to energy overwhelms me, and I want to give up. Luckily this never lasts long, as I’m always reminded of who’s watching me. My children, my reason to keep pushing on and keep showing up courageously. As we know, children rarely do what you say, they tend to do as you do. And I wish my children will grow up to be kind, honest, courageous people, which means that I’m going to have to be just that.

We tend to not particularly enjoy change, as it can feel very scary and out of our control. We can try to resist it with all our might, but the moment that the universe has decided something no longer serves us, it will be pryed loose from our hands, regardless of whether they are happily releasing or clinging on.

We are currently experiencing a heart storm, a powerful and intense emotional journey that’s redefining your very being. This is a time of great transformation, where your heart is processing deep emotions, desires, and fears.

Slowly, the line lengthened, and root-like structures began to extend beneath it. These roots grew, reaching out and connecting each person to the expanding tree until everyone was linked. As this network formed, branches emerged and stretched upward, adorned with pink leaves and blossoms at their tips.
