An Angel of Fire resides
within you
don’t let the blood
on your hands
the pain in your soul
and the scars on your skin
discourage you
let your tears
revive you they are
your fires’ fuel
use your claws
and teeth if you must
and don’t give up ever
you can be born again
from out of the ashes
like a phoenix
