Meaning
The physical body isn’t a fixed solid ‘thing’ unable to change, our bodies are a physical expression of our light blueprints, which are an aspect of our multidimensionality. These blueprints are just like our multidimensionality in constant movement and can be bi-directionally updated. For example with the embodiment of higher frequencies your blueprint is being updated which in turn updates your physical body to hold those higher frequencies. There are certain boundaries designed in a blueprint which are bound by frequency. This to prevent any changes you aren’t ready for, so you won’t see wings sprouting on some- one who is still completely locked into their mind. Sit down and relax. Scan your body from the tip of your toes to the top of your head and be with every part. Feel where energy is moving, where it is blocked, where it comes in and where it goes out. Touching all these parts with attention is enough to bring in a movement. Expand your focus to your non-physical bodies and repeat until you feel a warmth moving through your body.

This sign will help you bring more perspective into any situation. Set a specific intention and allow everything that comes up to arise; without rejecting or accepting. Be the observer and from that point you will see without lenses other than your own purity.

Meaning
The way you view things is an important factor in what you actually see. Your culture, position in your birth family, ancestral experiences, your upbringing, friends, school, work place etcetera all play their role in the distorted lenses that are still in play for you. It could be that you’re in need of a different perspective. Take a look at the situations presenting in your life from a little distance. It could be helpful to ask someone you trust for their perspective. Or you could imagine that the situation at hand is happening in a movie, and the people in your life are actors. What would you want the main character to do? Can you see their basic traits, their story and the perspective from which they look? Are there any other perspectives? Move into one of the other characters, and look from their view point. Is there something you hadn’t seen before? By playing in this way with experiences at hand, you could come to new views and standpoints. Taking a step back and waiting is sometimes the most useful thing you can do.
