This sign came to Astaran at the base of the Kravice waterfalls in Bosnia. Strong currents of energy formed a horizontal crescent moon where the water was streamed both down and upward creating a toroidal vortex. It rose as a current, one that moved through the body first.
It holds a feminine, watery energy and belongs to the *below* in the Cherokee wheel, the realm of earth, water, root, womb. She draws you into your depth to meet what you forgot you could hold.
On a physical level, it softens the body, unwinds the jaw, slows the pulse. It supports releasing tension from the diaphragm and pelvic floor and invites the nervous system to drop from vigilance into presence. From ‘hold it together’ to *be held*.
Emotionally, it calms the storm. It makes space for grief and overwhelm to be felt. A quiet container for release, integration and inner safety.
Mentally, it silences the noise, by offering a rhythm more trustworthy than thought. Its frequency speaks directly to the inner waters, those deeper truths that don’t require language.
Spiritually, it reminds you that the way *back to Source* is *inward*, not upward. Through sensation and breath. Through full-bodied trust in life’s intelligence.
This sign doesn’t ask you to transcend, it asks you to descend in the body, and remember that wholeness was never up there.
It’s here.
