Personal Symbol: What a Sign Made for One Person Is
A personal sign is a sacred geometry artwork drawn by Astaran for one person, one relationship or one business. It is not a custom name sign or a door plate. You answer a few questions and Astaran draws the geometry he sees for you. Within three weeks of your answers you receive your sign as a download, with a short text from Ayana and Astaran.
What is a personal symbol?
Many people carry a personal symbol: a shape, a mark or an image that stands for who they are or what they are moving toward. Artists have their own signature marks, families have crests and many people choose a tattoo. A Sacred Signs personal sign is a personal symbol of a specific kind. It is a geometry drawn for you alone, from what you share with us, and it exists nowhere else.
Personal sign or Universal Sign?
A Universal Sign is drawn for everyone and shared freely in our library. A personal sign is drawn for you and is yours. Both come from the same way of working: Astaran sees, observes and feels the geometry and draws it.
Start with a Universal Sign, or have one made?
Our own advice: “We recommend you work with the universal signs or our oracle deck first before ordering a personal sign.” Spend some time with a few signs from the library or with the oracle deck. If the geometry speaks to you, a personal sign takes that one step further.
Which personal signs are there?
- Individual Embodiment Sign: a sign for one person. €77.
- Connection Alignment Sign: a sign for the connection between two or more people, such as partners, a parent and child or friends. €77.
- Business Alignment Sign: a sign for a business, its makers and its customers. €111.
How it works
- You order the sign in the shop.
- You receive an email with a few questions: what brought you here, what is alive for you right now, up to three wishes and what you would like the sign to focus on. A recent photo helps, but you can leave it out. You answer in your own words, in English, Dutch or German, or with a voice memo.
- Astaran puts your sign in his calendar. Within three weeks of your answers you receive a download link to your sign and its text.
Only Ayana and Astaran see your answers and photo, and the photo is deleted once your sign is delivered.
Living with your sign
People print their sign and hang it where they see it every day, use it as the background of their phone, place it on a desk or have it painted or tattooed. What the sign means for you is yours to discover, and it can mean something different a year from now. The Personal Sign Gallery shows 153 personal signs, shared anonymously.
