The visual spectrum is so incredibly wide and humans are only able to see 0,001% of this spectrum through their eyes. Sometimes we need to close our eyes and detach from the ability to (only) see through them to be able to see beyond.

Meaning
The eyes are easily fooled and we only see a fraction of the visual spectrum. It’s insanity to base our life choices on ‘seeing is believing’ and most of humanity does not yet realise this. We tend to look at our lives as if we’re watching a painting in a museum, with our nose glued to the canvas. We only get a small visual that way and are not able to see the whole picture and all of the colours. Sometimes we don’t even get to make out the subject of the painting, or our life’s experiences, because we’re too focused on the details. We’re too zoomed into the stories of our mind. Close your eyes and see yourself taking more distance from the canvas. See how your overview is getting bigger and bigger, until you see the full picture. You’ll notice that you will be able to ‘see’ more and more, internally, energetically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This will assist you in taking healthy control over every situation in your life.
