It can make you feel like you’re losing yourself, like you’re dying, like you’re not going to get through whatever will come. It can make you act out and harm those you love, because you buy into the suggestions that it offers. It will try to trigger fears in you, because the thing that you fear the most will eventually control you.
It’s very important to face your fears, and allow yourself to feel them in order to dissolve them. The more you face your fears, the safer you are. This can be a very intense process, but don’t worry. This phase will end and you will come out more balanced, powered and relaxed.
