We are light beings. We exchange information with the sun and the stars. We are the constellations. Our bodies emit light, even ‘old world scientists’ are aware of this incredible fact.
In the core of every cell in our bodies we can find the so called ‘god spark’, the light of our own being. We function best when we are exposed to daylight as much as possible and we function less seamlessly when we are mostly exposed to blue light technology and not so much the natural light sources.
Today is the 31st of October, which is also referred to as Samhain, the end of the summer and the beginning of the cold, dark winter. Many of us don’t fare well in the colder, darker part of the year and we could find ourselves needing a little support on the darker days.
