These unprocessed emotions have also been passed on from generation to generation. It is time for us to heal our wounds and finish anything left unfinished, for the new paradigm to be ushered in.

We also need to be aware of the often abusive voices in our heads, and realize that they are not us. Send them off and be kind and gentle with yourself, especially when you have embarked on a healing journey. You are your own masterpiece and deserve to be treated with compassion, care and respect.
