Water runs through everything on this planet. Out of water, combined with a seed and sunlight, trees, plants, fruits and vegetables emerge. Our bodies consist of about 60% water, and it runs through our veins in the form of blood. Water connects all dimensions and is something that can- not be made, not even by the most skilled scientists.

Meaning
Water has different states of being, one more than other elements. The gas state of water is vapour, the solid state is ice, the liquid state is of course flowing water and then there’s a fourth state, which is gel. Gel makes up most of our body water. Water is incredibly important on this planet and in our bodies. The state of the water in our cells is an important factor in our general health.
We can act like the states of water. Generally, our lives are easier when we’re fluid and flow with the course of life. If you feel out of touch, going to a natural water source like
a river, sea or lake can be helpful. Set the intention to connect with the water there. This can help you move back into fluidity and sense that everything in this world is connected through water. Are there areas in your life where you live in a gas or solid state? Is there any correction needed in these areas to put you back into a state of flow?
