There are so many distractions in the world around us, so many impulses, so many ‘look here!’s, ‘do this!’s and ‘don’t miss out on this’s that stillness has become less of a natural state of being rather than something we try to achieve through meditation. Make stillness a priority, put yourself first and then act from a place of generosity, balance and fullness.

This sign recalls you to your core being: silence. It will take you straight through the noise from the outside world, through the layers of learned and programmed identities. This place of stillness is within you and in this place you are endless.
Meaning
Stillness is the arena in which real change happens. In a world where action and reaction are in the front and center, it is of the utmost important to connect to your own center, which is stillness and pure love. In this stillness, there is every opportunity to change anything that is happening in and around you. If something challenges you to the core, it’s very easy to react from a place that is not you. Take a deep breath, in any given moment, and return to the core of you. Breathe into your heart, where stillness arises from. And then act from your own beingness, instead of blindly acting out of whatever emotion comes up. If needed, by returning to your own core, you will be able to harness this emotion as a tool, instead of a distraction, for you to create the results you know are right for you.
