Fear

It was seen for a strong and kind person who had endured a lot and was still standing. The voice that says you are not smart enough or good enough is a voice you can observe. It comes and goes, so it cannot be you.

Take small steps and relax into the discomfort that comes up. It is a feeling and it dissolves when you let yourself feel it. Past the fears is your true nature, and there is only love to be found.
