Eye of the Cyclone

I stand calm in the middle of my own cyclone.

When Astaran attuned to this sign a wave of energy came straight at him. There was so much moving around this person, almost a cyclone with her in the middle. Family, friends and clients were hooking into her energy, knowingly and unknowingly.

Her body was changing and running a little behind the change. What supported it was simple and daily. Time outside in nature. Clean food and drink. Meditation. Sunlight and fresh air in the house.
