Countermovement

I stand fully in my own energy.

This sign was seen for someone being pushed and pulled from the outside and from within. Old wounds were being stirred up and the sensations felt very familiar. Familiar does not make them yours.

The sign works as a countermovement. It brings you back to your own center and helps you let go of what was never yours. That gives you space to meet what is yours and let it go too.

It came with an affirmation. Any energy I've picked up that does not belong to me, I send back to its rightful owner. I fill and surround myself with the rainbow light that I am.
