Chrysalis

I am worthy of love, care and respect.

This sign was seen for a deeply empathic person who gave so freely that she tended to give herself away. A voice called lack of self worth kept telling her she had to give and do to be loved. That voice has nothing to do with who you are.

It can feel like everything is falling apart. It is the new coming together, like a seed breaking open so a seedling can push through the earth. The pressure is the chrysalis. Inside it you learn to keep your energy for yourself.
