Anger Is a River

I let my anger flow and listen to what it says.

This sign came with a text about anger as a river that wants to flow into the ocean. When we dam it with false positivity or premature forgiveness it turns inward, or explodes.

It was seen for a joyful, energetic and loving person who trusts the signals of her body. Pure love cannot be framed. It can be soft and kind, and it can be fiery and right in your face.

Don't be afraid of your anger. It is a useful energy and a signal to take seriously. Let it show itself in your body, breathe towards it and give it your loving attention.
