During the awakening and embodiment process it is highly likely that you find out that many of the people you used to connect with, are no longer a match for you, or never were in the first place. People will fall away naturally as soon as you move into alignment with your source connection. We may experience this as a form of failure, because we believe we always need to be liked by everyone and if we aren’t then something must be wrong with us. Or, from a ‘spiritual’ perspective, we need to be able to feel love for every human being and if not, we’re not spiritual or ‘en- lightened’ enough. In truth, it’s just a matter of frequency. So if you find that you are feeling alone in this process and start doubting your path, don’t worry. You’re always connected to those with whom you have a bond of affection, even if they are no longer in your life. You will also experience that people you resonate with will automatically be drawn to you and that you will have deeper bonds with them than you’ve ever experienced before in your life.
