Where are you giving your personal energy away? Where do others hook up into your field? If you are feeling unbalanced and fatigued, feel into your system. You could for example visualise your own energetic field. Take a look at it, how does it ‘look’? Is your field in integrity or are there spots, chords and/or leaks? Pay special attention to your (dominant) hands and head area, because these areas can be heavily influenced by your electronic devices. Trust your inner vision. Trust what you see. It might seem like ‘fantasy’ but everything that’s being shown to you can give you information on where your field needs a little attention. You could say out loud, to yourself: “My name is …, my energetic field is mine, and mine alone. I return all energy that is not mine to sender.” Pay close attention to how your body and your energetic field feel. Can you feel something leaving? Can you feel your energy changing? Practice this and notice how your field is yours and only yours, more and more.
