On a certain level we all are multidimensional sacred geometry woven into a tapestry of larger patterns forming the fractals of the universe. Our blueprints are ever changing as it is in our nature that nothing is fixed. Parts of our bodies which aren’t in movement are blockages, which can influence our blueprint negatively.

Meaning
The physical body isn’t a fixed solid ‘thing’ unable to change, our bodies are a physical expression of our light blueprints, which are an aspect of our multidimensionality. These blueprints are just like our multidimensionality in constant movement and can be bi-directionally updated. For example with the embodiment of higher frequencies your blueprint is being updated which in turn updates your physical body to hold those higher frequencies. There are certain boundaries designed in a blueprint which are bound by frequency. This to prevent any changes you aren’t ready for, so you won’t see wings sprouting on some- one who is still completely locked into their mind. Sit down and relax. Scan your body from the tip of your toes to the top of your head and be with every part. Feel where energy is moving, where it is blocked, where it comes in and where it goes out. Touching all these parts with attention is enough to bring in a movement. Expand your focus to your non-physical bodies and repeat until you feel a warmth moving through your body.
