Don’t allow the mind to tell you stories on what’s going on but instead, fully tune into your other senses. Experience being in the body. Walk around your house, or in the forest, with your eyes shut. Feel what it does for you. You’ll come to find that your physical vessel is a sense organ of the universe. The universe senses through your body system. It also informs you from a place of purity and pure love, as opposed to the subjective interpretations of the mind. Listen to your body’s intelligence more, it knows the way.
