Because we’re so used to the program of ‘needing to do things in order to be worthy’, we tend to want to ‘do, do, do’ a lot and in that we can get in life’s way. We think our whole life experience comes down to what we do, or not do, which can lead to us innocently but very surely think that we know better than nature does. Our minds are very limited and we barely have an overview of what’s going on. The more we are bogged down by programming that is still influencing our choices, the more this could be the case.

Fully embodying the truth of you goes hand in hand with a state of surrender. It’s realizing that actually you are *not* in control of what’s happening, but you have the choice to step into the dance that is happening around you, as it is also happening inside of you, or continue ‘do, do, doing’. Nature doesn’t judge, so you’re completely free to make a choice.

Nature’s frequencies move through all of reality, every being, including humans. You can feel it as the soft guidance of a dance partner who knows the steps and if you allow yourself to be taken into its arms and let it lead you, you’ll find that you actually know the exact steps too, on a deeply visceral level. And you’ll be able to easily and lightly dance along if you stop engaging with the mental interference that is offered in the form of thoughts, doubts, worries and fears.

What we need to master in order to sink into this beautiful dance with nature is the frequency of receptivity. Being completely open to receive everything that nature (or: the universe) is bringing to your doorstep, in a state of relaxation and softness. Each experience is there to deepen your trust in yourself, to meet every being you need to meet, to help you choose what you wish to keep, what you wish to let go of and what kind of experiences you’d like in the future.

The more you open up to receive everything exactly as it is, the more you’ll find that actaully everything is harmonious and has been put in place to bring you something you need. Nature has your back. All you need to do is let your guards down and dance along!
