1-1 video coaching sessions are done by Astaran. If you would like coaching/support by Ayana that is possible but only via (voice)chat.
Is this spiritual coaching?
No and yes. This is coaching but in a grounded and embodied way. The focus is on lived experience, clarity and integration rather than belief systems.
Is this therapy?
No. Sacred Signs coaching is not a replacement for therapy or medical care. It is a complementary process focused on awareness, embodiment and alignment.
Do I need to believe in sacred geometry?
No. Geometry may be used as a reflective or attunement tool but the process works through direct experience and sensing your own body rather than belief.
Will coaching be done online?
Yes. Sessions will be done online via videochat. You can plan your own session in advance and you’ll receive a link to opensource platform jitsi. This works in the browser or via the jitsi app on your apple or android device.
