I trust the power of my heart

We are currently experiencing a heart storm, a powerful and intense emotional journey that’s redefining our very being. This is a time of great transformation, where our hearts are processing deep emotions, desires and fears.

It can look and feel like great emotional turmoil, tightness in the chest, breathing trouble, back and rib pain, feeling very sensitive, fearful and/or overwhelmed.

As you navigate this turbulent weather within and without, remember that every storm has a purpose. It’s an opportunity for growth, healing and self-discovery. The dead leaves and branches are taken from the tree, to allow freshness and beauty to be generated. Nature is in charge, you can trust that you will burst into leaves and flowers again soon, resilient and beautiful. A living and breathing work of art.

In the midst of the heart storm, take a moment to breathe, pause, and listen to your inner voice offering guidance, or simply reminding you of your resilience. Spend time in silence, with your hand over your heart, giving yourself the love and attention you so freely give to others.
Allow yourself to feel the depth of your emotions, knowing that they are valid and essential to your journey. They need to be witnessed to be transmuted.

Remember, you are not alone in this storm, we’re doing it collectively. The storm will eventually pass, after it has taken everything from you that you’ve been carrying, but no longer need. Leaving you lighter and more vibrant and alive. You have the strength to weather any emotional tempest, allowing you to emerge stronger, wiser and more compassionate and resilient with each passing day, regardless of what it feels like.

This sign will support you in releasing deep-seated emotions and in redefining your relationship with yourself, strengthening self compassion and deepening self love. Be kind to yourself as a lot of deep emotions will come up in order to transmute, observe them, feel them, and let go of them. You will step back into the loving flow of life that is underneath this show of images on planet earth.
